Stitched Chopped Mat (EMK)
It is made by chopping continuous strands into chopped strands and stitching them together in disorderly arrangement.The weight is generally 350~900g/㎡, and the maximum width of the product can reach 110 inches. It is widely used in the fields of yachts and pipes.

PACKAGING
Stitched Mats are wound onto a paper tube which has an inside diameter of 86mm, and the roll has a diameter of 300mm. The roll is wrapped up with plastic film, and then packed in a cardboard box or wrapped up with kraft paper. The rolls are to be horizontally placed. For transportation the rolls can be loaded into a container directly or on pallets.
PRODUCT STORAGE
Unless otherwise specified, the fiberglass products should be stored in a dry, cool and moisture-proof area. The room temperature and humidity should be always maintained at 15℃~35℃ and 35% ~ 65%.It is best if the product is used within 12 months after production date.The fiberglass products should remain in their original packaging until just prior to user .
To ensure safety and avoid damage to the product, the pallets should not be stacked more than two layers high. When the pallets are stacked in 2 layers, special care should be taken to correctly and smoothly move the top pallet.
